皇龍饮食集团的故事,始于创办人叶师强先生对餐饮的一份执着与热爱。

2003 年,他从海产及猪肉批发开始,带着对美食的憧憬,一步步走向今天的皇龍。虽然一路上经历过关店与挑战,但每一次跌倒,都是更好出发的契机。2009 年,“皇龍饮食集团”正式成立,自此走上集团化发展的道路,将高品质的味觉体验带入每一个重要时刻。

Dynasty Dragon Group began with the passion and perseverance of its founder, Mr. Yap Sooi Keong. Starting in 2003 from seafood and pork wholesale, he steadily transformed his dream into the culinary excellence we represent today. Through every challenge, we found a stepping stone forward, leading to our structured expansion and a legacy built on trust.
